Terms of Service
Effective date: May 18, 2026
1. Agreement
By using MyDealList at www.mydeallist.com you agree to these Terms with Sidrit Skenderaj. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Service
MyDealList aggregates startup and digital-business acquisition listings, AI analyses, and alerts. We are not a broker, escrow, or M&A advisor. Listings originate from third parties; accuracy is not guaranteed.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew per Stripe billing terms. You may cancel via the customer portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the platform beyond permitted API tiers, resell data, reverse-engineer models, or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Account termination
You may delete your account anytime in Settings (GDPR erasure). We may terminate for breach with notice where practicable.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim. See our Disclaimer for investment-related limitations.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Courts in France have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
8. Intellectual property
MyDealList, its logos, software, models, and documentation are owned by Sidrit Skenderaj or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per your plan. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as allowed by applicable open-source licenses embedded in the product.
9. User content
Comments, feedback, and data you submit remain yours. You grant us a worldwide license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
10. API & rate limits
API access is tiered per plan documentation. Excessive use, credential sharing, or circumvention of technical limits may result in throttling or suspension. Enterprise terms may be negotiated separately in writing.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Sidrit Skenderaj against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
12. Dispute resolution
Parties will attempt good-faith resolution before litigation. EU consumers may use the EU ODR platform. Nothing limits non-waivable rights under local consumer protection statutes.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (outages, acts of government, natural disasters, third-party marketplace changes).
14. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with one that best reflects the original intent within legal limits.
